TLC Meal delivery Policy is outlined below

• Minimum order is 7 main meals, (soups, side dishes & desserts are not main meals).
• TLC meals will be delivered in a frozen state and should be placed in a freezer within 2 hours of delivery.
• TLC cannot guarantee a time of delivery for an order but will provide a two hour timeframe on the day of the delivery.
• For an order cancellation notice of 2 business days is required, otherwise the full cost of the order will apply.
• Any order that has either left the factory for delivery or is in transit to one of our holding depots the order cannot be returned for health reasons. These orders will be charged as normal.
• When TLC receives late notification that a client will not be at home for a delivery (e.g. taken to hospital) it is up to the Care Provider Agency or client (or a family member, friend etc) to organise the collection of the order from the delivery location.
• If TLC is advised to leave a delivery at a client's premises then TLC is not liable for the safety of that delivery.
• Also TLC is not liable for the condition of the meals if the delivery is left at a client’s premises for an extended period of time prior to the client placing the meals in their freezer. In the event that the meals have started to thaw TLC highly recommends not to re-freeze these meals but to consume them within a 24 hour period due to health concerns.
